ABOUT

Hi, I'm Alex

I'm from a beautiful country called Romania. I'm a husband to a beautiful wife, father of a son, music enthusiast "wanna be" multi instrumentalist, and a nerd that enjoys making, playing music and sound textures 🎶.

Ever since I was 7 or 8, I followed my passion for listening and making music, learning to play different instruments, sing and use different DAW's and VST's.

I founded a musical project in which we performed at all the big festivals in my country. I've also ran a Music Production Mentorship, for Abroad Students, worked on Films, Games and TV Series.

I have always enjoyed the process of starting a song, but I have also discovered enjoying teaching others, which is why I started this site and YouTube Channel. If you're anything like I was starting out making music, you'll know how challenging it can be trying to figure out how to put all the pieces together to make a song.

I Simplify The Steps For You

My mission is to make the whole process much easier and understandable for you.

I simplify the steps to preparing and making a song minus the lingo and hype so you can get on making the music you envisioned.

Through the actionable training, tools and resources I provide on this website, newsletter and YouTube Channel you'll finally gain the clarity and confidence you need to:

🗸 Create music and songs.
🗸 Build confidence and skill.
🗸 Get back time and finish your song.
🗸 Use the right tools to streamline your music making.

My Favourite Food

How I got Started Online

Why monBeats

Well I must admit my favourite food is without a doubt Pizza.

I used to go to the internet and scroll in the mIRC chats, it simply felt unreal when my Father told me that in a few years there were going to install "internet" everywhere.

mon actually stands for Master of None, and Beats, because it felt different. The Master of None part is mostly because I am not an amazing any instrument player, but I still play a few.

Favourite Music

Favourite Movie

My First Song

I really have "Favourite" Times of music, as in, sometimes I enjoy a certain genre and artist more than other times, but some of my Favourite Artists are: Chopin, Nicholas Jaar, Dub Fx and Lana Del Rey.

Without any doubt: Into The Wild. One emotional master piece.

This is a funny story, I remember I traded one of my toys to a friend for his desk stand $1 microphone. And I used that to record my voice over a song I used to enjoy, I was probably around 7 or 8 and it was very, very laughable, but we all have to start somewhere.
